My first yoga experience was in 2010 and there has been no looking back since then. I was always intrigued by the science & philosophy behind this ancient art.  


So, I pursued a Hatha yoga teacher training under the guidance of Pradeep Sattwamaya, and a specialisation training in Yoga Nidra with Swami Yogaratna Saraswati

I am blessed to have been mentored by them, who are both disciples of Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati (Satyananda Bihar Yoga tradition).


I advocate a holistic approach of making the body strong & agile with Asanas, cultivating breath awareness with Pranayama, tapping into our inner potential with Yoga Nidra, and calming the fluctuations of mind with Meditation. 

The key is being aware of our breath & emotions to cultivate mindfulness & compassion, and everyone in the modern world can benefit from those qualities.
